Sales Manager (Consumer Sales)

• Extensive professional relationship consumer sales/sales mgt experience (Preferably in new home construction, upscale real estate, housing development, etc.)
• Knowledge of the basics of residential construction and building materials.
• Competent and comfortable working in an office by phone and email for the majority of prospective customer contacts. (Ultimately, many clients will visit, but incoming leads are worldwide.)
• Prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• College degree or equivalent in experience.
• Well-traveled and/or otherwise acquainted with eastern U.S. coastal areas. (Many of our sales are in coastal areas, particularly in Florida.)
