| Responsibilities: | Principal duties include: Responsibility for doing minor building repairs, coordinating with outside contractors for, and doing, landscape, grounds and offices maintenance. Knowledge of woodworking equipment and their repair and maintenance, minor repairs of hand tools (ie, pneumatic nail guns), forklifts, etc. |
| Qualifications: | Maintenance or equivalent experience in commercial facilities, or “punch list-type” experience, if coming from a builder background. Must have mechanical aptitude. Woodworking and computer experience required. |
| Education: | High school diploma or equivalent. |
| Compensation: | $18 per hour (to start), based on experience and qualifications. |
