Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designers and fabricators of high-end post & beam, timber frame residential and light commercial structures shipped worldwide since 1968 seeks candidates for Production Supervisor at its facilities in Clemmons, NC (suburban to Winston-Salem). We are not a builder or modular home manufacturer.
| Responsibilities: | This position contemplates job shop on-floor supervision of a small workforce divided into six departments, each with lead persons and associates. |
| Experience: | Minimum of seven (7) years in hands-on manufacturing/production supervision in woodworking, cabinets, furniture, production building or building component fabrication Candidates must be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.), able to read shop drawings and have familiarity with lumber, plywood and other common building materials as well as woodworking equipment. This is a job-shop type manufacturing position, not a construction supervision or homebuilding position. |
| Compensation: | From $60k to start plus incentives. |
