Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designer and fabricator of high-end custom post and beam residential homes and commercial structures sold and shipped worldwide since 1968 seeks qualified individual to assist in builder recruitment (domestically and abroad), technical coordination and liaison with clients and builders. This position does not involve travel.
| Qualifications: | Must be competent working with building officials, contractors and clients concerning the entire range of issues that relate to new construction. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, Internet) required. Heavy builder and customer phone contact. Must have good phone and written skills. |
| Experience: | Must have hands-on building and client service experience. Must be capable of recruiting and screening builders, plan take-offs and building logistics. Minimum of five (5) years in residential construction and/or project management. International experience and knowledge of coastal area building codes are a big plus. |
| Education: | Degree in related field. |
| Compensation: | From $60k to start. |
| Relocation: | Yes. |
