Topsider Building Systems, Inc., upscale post & beam design and prefabrication firm seeks individual to oversee project estimating and take-offs and purchasing.
| Qualifications: | Must be highly computer literate (particularly with Excel) and have excellent familiarity with residential building materials. |
| Experience: | Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction estimating and purchasing as a GC, project manager, estimator, buyer or directly involved in builder or contractor material sales, having done take-offs, purchasing, etc. |
| Education: | Degree in related field, or equivalent experience. |
| Compensation: | From $60k to start based on qualifications and experience. |
| Benefits: | PPO health plan, including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc. |
