CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR  *NEW

Topsider Homes designs, engineers, fabricates and ships distinctive high-end custom homes for construction by local builders throughout the United States and abroad.

We are looking for a construction-minded person to help identify, contact, screen and coordinate with builders for custom residential projects.

This is a full-time, in-office position. No travel required.

For nearly six decades, Topsider Homes has designed, engineered, fabricated and shipped custom homes throughout the United States and around the world, with thousands sold since 1968. We provide custom-designed post-and-beam panelized building components and materials for local builders and contractors to assemble and complete. We are not a builder, modular-home company or mobile-home company.

We are seeking an experienced salesperson for an office-based, phone-oriented position working with incoming prospective clients planning custom homes. There is no cold calling or travel.
