Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designers and fabricators of high-end post & beam, timber frame residential and light commercial building components and structures since 1968 seeks candidates for Production Manager at its facilities in Clemmons, NC, suburban to Winston-Salem.
| Responsibilities: | This position contemplates management responsibility for a workforce divided into six departments, including shipping & receiving and maintenance. |
| Experience: | Minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing/production management, preferably in a job-shop setting. Candidates must be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.) and be able to read shop drawings. This is a manufacturing position, not a construction supervision or homebuilding position. We are not builders, but the successful candidate must have basic knowledge of wood working and building materials. Ideal backgrounds might be wood furniture manufacturing, cabinets, building component manufacturing, production building, etc. No candidates will be considered without production management experience and basic knowledge of woodworking. |
| Compensation: | From $60k to start, plus incentives, based upon experience and qualifications. |
